Pink Turtles to Celebrate National Walking Day

In celebration of National Walking Day, the Lose to Win Challengers will walk together on April 1 for  3 to 5 miles.

Pink Turtles Lose to Win Challenge

Join me for an 8 week challenge that include workouts 3-4 times a week & weigh-ins to measure your progress.

Challengers that accumulate the most points for attending workout sessions will gain a 1 pound advantage. The winner will be determined at the of the challenge based upon percentage of weight loss and win a cash prize.

To help keep you motivated I encourage everyone's participation, and send them motivational e-mails throughout the week.

Honorary Coach for Caltech's Women Basketball Team

It was an amazing Saturday night at Caltech’s Braun Gym as I had the honor of being one of the Honorary Coaches for CalTech’s Women’s Basketball team. 

It was so much fun cheering them on and being able to join them at half time in the locker room for an inspirational talk - a night I will never forget.
